Professional-Commercially in 2007 always been a lover of music from an early age but really started in the industry when I started college where I started pursuing my Bachelors Degree in Music Education.

Personally I rate Jahvy musically and he has a hot project due for digital release soon featuring Bugle with an extremely positive single titled “Don’t Give Up”. Bugle known for his uplifting lyrics was a perfect fit for Jahvy’s new project. This single is currently getting some good reviews in Jamaica & Nairobi, Kenya.

Don’t Give Up – A song of the Heart

Its a song that is said to elevate the mind of anyone who may be going through a struggle and need some hope to lift their spirit “Don’t Give Up” a soulful acoustic blend of melody and lyrical arrangements was written by Jahvel “Jahvy ” Morrison ,and produced under the label TRU AMBASSADOR MUSIC

The song which is sung by popular reggae /dancehall artist BUGLE has been receiving heavy rotation here in Africa as well has parts of the Caribbean where it has already entered charts and growing steadily . “The song is doing great and I am humbled by the support and the growing number of fans daily” says the multi-talent Morrison who is also actively a member of the Subkonshus Music Group ,as the keyboardist and band leader of dancehall artist Konshens.

The 22-year-old, who also composed the track along with team mate Travis “Xclusive” Walton, said he was inspired to write the song whilst meditating on a day where he was recalling some advice of his mother who had always insisted that he held the faith and never gave up no matter what ,“as I analyzed the lyrical content I started hearing bugle as the artist to sing on the track”. He said

Morrison also added that he feels there’s a great need for more positive messages within the dancehall sector as it where most of the younger generation within our region have their musical focus “I sincerely believe that there is a great need for more positive messages in reggae and dancehall music as music is what almost everybody is connected to ,so its only natural when fans listen the music will act into what they hear”.

“We all need motivation and what better way is there to motivate yourself than with melodies and good instrumental arrangement with positive lyrics?”

“Don’t Give Up” which was premiered several weeks ago on ZipFM (Jamaica) by ZJ Chrome is set to be available on iTunes , Amazon.com and other digital stores in upcoming weeks, but a preview of the song can be found on several social medias including Facebook, Youtube and Twitter .

Morrison who dabbled that he has been busy working on his craft mention that he received major exposure and experience working with several local producers and labels in Jamaica including UIM Records, Seanizzle Productions and many others ,but just to name a few.

Morrison said that fans can expect a lot more from him in the near future.

“I have a lot of unreleased material; I’m just slowly pacing myself. More releases [are] coming soon with many more artistes that I’ve written for,” he said.

Win, lose or draw, the music I produce will always be aimed at being uplifting and motivating… always and forever something Mommy can always say ‘well done my son’.
